We do this with a range business telephone systems and voice solutions from Mitel, Panasonic, and Cisco Linksys among others. As with all our technology solutions we do not sell a product for the sake of it. There has to be a clear immediate or long term business justification for our clients to purchase any piece of equipment and in fact many of our new clients were tired of being blinded by science from other resellers and simply wanted to dial 9 and get a dial tone rather than an over featured over priced system. At every step of the process when choosing a new system or having it installed our team will use plain English to explain your options and the benefits or negatives of taking a particular route. We recognise that no two client’s needs are exactly the same and base our recommendations upon your requirements. All of our sales consultants are salaried rather than commission based as it is our belief that this leads to good long term relationships with you our clients. Our systems also cater for industry specific solutions such as hospitality, legal and financial services and we are fortunate to partner with market leaders like Mitel where we enjoy support direct from the manufacturer for all pre sales and post sales enquiries. Our own team of certified installation and support engineers handle day to day support and installation but in the case of very large multi-site installs we are able to call on Mitel’s own installation and planning team to provide additional man power and project management support. |

We had a requirement to provide our clients with a single national presence number but also insure that our clients got to speak to the right team as quickly as possible. Our existing telephone equipment although working find simply couldn’t provide the level of flexibility required. After to speaking to the team at Synergy I was certain we had found a group of people that firstly were prepared to understand our needs and then more importantly come up with a solution that was both cost effective and flexible enough to change as our business continued to develop. Taking a 0845 number allowed us to project a national presence to our clients and in conjunction with Synergy’s Geographic Divert service we were able to deliver clients calls to the relevant team rather than having misdirected calls having to be transferred. Synergy Telecoms innovative approach to our problem when much of the competition were advocating a large capital expenditure and, their commitment to delivering to a very tight deadline means that I have no hesitation in recommending them to colleagues and associates.
