A Leading North East Law Firm, Jacksons Commercial and Private Law recently engaged the services of Synergy Telecoms to upgrade their Communications Solution. Jacksons chose to replace an ageing Bosch system with a state of the art Mitel VOIP system that caters for both the immediate requirements of the firm and will easily handle future development and growth. Jacksons chose to replace an ageing Bosch system with a state of the art Mitel VOIP system that caters for both the immediate requirements of the firm and will easily handle future development and growth. A long consultative period by synergy identified failings within the current system that the Mitel was immediately able to address and Jacksons were made fully aware that many other features such as unified messaging and linking multiple offices together were all possible with this most modern of systems. We immediately allowed all of the team at Jacksons to receive voicemails in their individual email, a feature not previously available which has allowed busy members to keep in better touch with there clients. Adopting our standard approach to system installation, all staff received comprehensive training prior to the system going live which meant a minimal requirement for hand holding when we switched.
