Synergy Telecoms

Since September 1998 Yarm Computers have provided Casper Shipping Ltd with an outsourced IT support service. During that time they have been there every step of the way to offer advice and support for all our IT needs and more recently our Telecommunication needs through the telecoms division Synergy Telecoms.

Yarm Computers have been fundamental partner in our IT Network and as such have assisted us in the expansion of our business as we have moved from several small independent networks to a more integrated IT infrastructure. Most recently Yarm Computers have played an integral part in the development of our new freight forwarding division following the acquisition of BS Freight and Camair Ltd.  

At all times their advice has been split between our immediate needs and our likely needs in the future, every change and upgrade has been carefully thought out and explained to deliver both the most cost effective network and the most flexible solution for our rapidly growing company. We recently agreed a new three year IT partnership and I had no hesitation in making this long term commitment given our good working relationship. 

Their ongoing support and maintenance is both friendly and efficient, we have total confidence in their ability to respond whether a new user needs to be added, or a Server develops a problem. I consider Yarm Computers to be a valued IT partner and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their services. I personally wish them the very best with their business and will be giving them my full support.
