Synergy Telecoms was born out of an increasing demand for Integrated IT and Telephone networks, the increasing convergence of these two technologies presented the opportunity for a new approach to the Telecoms market. Our parent company Yarm Computers had already established an excellent reputation in the IT marketplace stretching back to 1989. Existing customers requested that we develop a one stop solution. This led to heavy investment and training to bring the Voice element into an already strong Data skill set.

Our first telephone PBX systems were installed in 2000 with great success and in 2001 we rebranded this part of our business as Synergy Telecoms. Our telecoms portfolio now covers digital PBX systems from Panasonic, the UK’s most popular small/medium telephone system, Mitel a world leader in PBX and VOIP telephone solutions and our budget range of systems from Elmeg a strong player in the European market.
